Sarah Sykes, despite very cold temperatures, braved the chilly Jacksonville weather to complete the Jacksonville Bank Marathon on 12/19/10!   Yes, this is a full marathon!   Sarah did a great job and was supported by her entire family, and her pageant directors (and their kids).  We are very proud of you, Sarah!  Especially your Jacksonville USA Little Sister, Ciara Sanders!
