| When it is time
for the pageant and its rehearsals, contestants will not be allowed
to have parents, friends, helpers, or coaches at the rehearsals or
back stage during the event. Contestants will need to
make arrangements around the schedule for hair appointments, etc.,
or be prepared to do all of their own hair and make-up.
You will have to do your own hair and make-up at the state pageant. No cameras or videos will be allowed during the competition. The pageant will make sure there is a photographer and/or videographer there to capture the event, and you will be allowed to order from them. The Pageant Committee / NFSO is not required to provide special assistance or training for the contestants, but we do try to help the contestants and give them guidance at our upcoming meetings, rehearsals, etc. |
