Our 2014 Titleholders In Action

Per Jessica:  I had three scheduled appearances. My first one was at Biltmore Elementary where I spoke at the Fifth Grade Promotion Ceremony. The ceremony was to celebrate all of the fifth graders who are graduating from elementary school. Many of the students' family members attended. I had the honor of speaking to many people about anti-bullying and I gave the students tips on how to be successful in middle school. I encouraged them to be organized and to be kind to each other. I met many talented students and enjoyed speaking to them. I know that they will all be very successful in middle school!

Per Jessica:  I was one of three girls who modeled Liz's Bebe's dresses at a charity event at The Vineyard. This soiree benefitted the Harbor House of Central Florida and B.A.S.E. Camp. Harbor House supports victims of domestic violence and B.A.S.E. Camp(Believe, Achieve, Support and Educate) provides support for children and families who are facing the challenge of living with cancer and other life threatening illnesses. During the event, I was able to model three fabulous outfits and help raise funds for the event. I truly had a blast! I met many people, including the sponsors and learned more about the charity organizations involved. This event not only made me feel blessed to be safe and healthy, but it also helped me become more aware of these two very important issues in the community.

Jessica made an appearance at the Miss Daytona Beach USA Pageant, and introduced herself onstage.  She enjoyed mixing and mingling with fellow titleholders!
