5-24-13:  Jessica and Erin Judge the Miss Garden City Elementary Pageant

Per Jessica:  My sister queen, Erin, and I judged the interview competition for the Miss Garden City Elementary School Pageant. I enjoyed judging the actual competition because it helped me see pageants from the judges's point of view. Erin and I were also able to meet every contestant and learn more about each and every one of them. We had a great time judging the remaining competitions on Friday night!

5-24-13:  Jessica Speaks at Lake Lucina Elementary School's Career Day
  1. Per Jessica:  I went to an appearance at Don Brewer Elementary School. I spoke about the importance of reading at their annual Reading Celebration. I was really excited about this event because I love to read and I was able to go back to the elementary school that I attended! I enjoyed speaking to the students and seeing some of my old teachers. The students and staff gave me a very warm welcome. I had a great time!!!
5-38-13:  Lake Lucina Elementary School's Career Day

Per Jessica: 

  1. I spoke at Career Day at Lake Lucina Elementary. I spoke to students of all different grade levels about the importance of following your dreams. I also promoted the Jax USA and Florida USA pageant system, and I even convinced some of the girls to compete in one of their local pageants! It was very rewarding hearing many of the students say that "they want to be just like me" and that I am their role model.
